I created the files using Emagic Logic software on a Macintosh Performa and a Roland SC-88 as the sound source. For playing live I use a Yamaha MDF2 Midi file player instead of the Mac. If anyone who likes the midi files has a similar GS compatible sound source, Mail me - and I can send the original versions as used at the convention.
Other music projects: I'm currently recording a collection of my own songs on my Roland VS-880 hard disk recorder.
I've offered my recording / engineering services for Mike Foster and friends to come and record the XTC covers they did at the Basingstoke Convention.
I do some occasional singing and guitar playing with a nine piece 60's soul band called the Nifty Nightcaps. (we gig about once a year).
