are many different training methods in use today, and as a result new and
imaginative ideas are emerging all the time. Jo promotes
only kind positive methods, and through
literature and recognised educational
courses she aims constantly update
her skills, knowledge and
awareness of pet behaviour and training. By
sharing this knowledge she can offer you and your
pet a good foundation towards a long and happy relationship.
Jo is Kennel Club Listed and includes the
Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme in a range of classes.

Jo
has the skills
to treat domestic pets and companion animals that
show signs of behavioural problems;
such as toilet training, aggression, destructiveness, phobias and separation
problems. A dog and cat owner herself, she
is a qualified Behaviour Consultant, Veterinary Nurse,
Lecturer and Pet Health Counsellor, who has seen practice and gained
experience in several surgeries nationwide. She has specialised in Animal
Behaviour for the past eight years and has successfully completed the
University of Southampton Certificate in Applied Animal Behaviour,
and is a Member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (no.878). Jo
continues to update her knowledge through Continued Professional Development
courses, and has recently completed a Pet Health Counsellor (PHC) course for
Veterinary Nurses. She is currently studying the Post-graduate Diploma in
Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling at the University of Southampton.
