The period of hire is from 2:00pm
on the date of arrival, when you will be met by Mrs.Stevens and
receive the keys, until 10:00am on the day of departure |

A deposit of at least £30
for each week booked is to be paid at the time of booking and
the balance 28 days clear before the holiday begins. A receipt
will be sent. If accommodation required is not available when
the deposit is received, the deposit will be returned in full,
and you will be advised of alternative dates. |

It is a condition of acceptance
that the tenants will compensate the Proprietor for any damage
or loss caused by them, and leave the premises in a clean, tidy
state on departure. |

In the case of a cancellation,
after the booking has been confirmed, the deposit is only returnable
subject to the accommodation being re-let. If cancellation takes
place within the 28 days up to the commencement of the holiday,
and if the accommodation cannot be re-let, the full cost of the
holiday must be paid. |
