I try to reply to emails within 12 hours but it may take longer at times.
Please mention the players name or tennis videos in the subject line of
your email. If you do not get a reply to your email then it is probably
because you did not do this and your message was deleted as spam (junk email).
All videos are sent by first class post within the UK and by airmail
to all other places.
Videos are usually sent out within a few day of receiving payment. Large
orders will take longer. To Western Europe delivery by airmail takes about
4 - 5 days. To Eastern Europe about 5 - 7 days. To the Far East, Australia,
America about 7 - 10 days.
All tapes are VHS but different areas of the world use different formats.
VHS PAL is used in Western Europe, Australasia, China, Argentina. VHS NTSC
is used in North America, Japan, Korea. The 2 systems are not compatible.
PAL tapes will not play on NTSC machines. Tapes can be converted from one
system to another but it takes special equipment to do it. (For

Bank Drafts are available from your local bank. International Money
orders are available from some banks and Post Offices.
If you are not sure how much to pay then email the list of matches you
want and I will work it out for you. Please include the match number, year,
tournament place, players & programme length for each match. For
example 498. 1990 Zurich S Graf v G Sabatini 1hr 04mins

If sending payment by mail please make sure you include full details
of what you want even if you have already done so in an email. Also
include your name and postal address in your letter. Do not just have your
name and address on the outside of your envelope as it can get smudged or
dirty and unreadable by the time I receive it.
Because the American dollar has lost about 15 percent against the British
pound I have increased my dollar prices by about 10 percent to $23 and $29.
If the commentary language is given as Ger & Eng then part is in
German and part is in English. I do not have a copy of the match in each
language.
