WHO ARE TARGET RESOURCES?

Ted Garratt started Target Resources in May 1984. Prior to this, Ted spent 3 years in manufacturing management, 3 years as a Training Advisor followed by 6½ years as Group Personnel and Training Manager.

WHAT DO WE DO?

Target Resources specialises in all aspects of people skills. Our aim is to provide organisations with specialised training and development approaches that lead to effective personal, team and organisational change.
Approaches include management selection and recruitment, performance management, coaching and influencing skills, outdoor training.

• DESIGNING AND BUILDING A TEAMBUILDING WORKSHOP for 50 people from various departments for a Chamber of Commerce and TEC.

• DEVELOPING some of the approaches I use in a business setting and applying them into areas of IMPROVING SPORTS PERFORMANCE.

• DESIGNING a one-day TEAM BRIEFING workshop. In addition designing and running a 'TRAIN THE TRAINER'  workshop to equip in-company trainers to run the one-day workshop themselves.
