You'd better start training now for this physical and spiritual adventure in South Africa! Philip's team will be travelling to Estcourt to link up with the Midlands Christian Centre. Here they will run various sports programmes to connect with the local young people and share their faith. You will have the opportunity to develop your sports talents and use them to serve God. This part of the outreach will be followed by meeting some of the kids practical needs as they participate in the church's Mercy Ministry programme. Through this, the team will be involved in distributing food and handing out clothes to children in real need. Prepare to be humbled and changed as you experience both the joy and the material limitations of the African youth. Special Features: Applicants must be 16 before the end of June. |
