This team will be travelling to the north of Malawi where it will be linking up with CCAP, the Presbyterian Church there. The church is involved in a number of ministries including education, healthcare, development (such as building and water projects) and evangelistic outreach in the local community. There will also be opportunities to work alongside SCOM, a Christian organisation that works in
secondary schools.
They say that Malawi is a beginners guide to Africa and it is often described as 'the warm heart of the continent.' This is due to the
Malawians acceptance, hospitality and generosity. Having both worked in Malawi, Stephen and Jill are excited to return with a team, experience the warmth and see God working there.
Special Features: Applicants must be 18 before the end of June. |
