We are situated in rural Warwickshire at the top of the Cotswolds near the Roman Fosse Way, ideally situated for visiting Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Rugby, the National Exhibition Centre - NEC and the National Agricultural Centre - NAC at Stoneleigh.

Our accommodation consists of 2 ground floor double rooms en suite, and 1 twin room with basin & adjacent bathroom.
Double Rooms - from £49, Single Occupancy - £39 with full English breakfast.
All rooms have central heating & tea / coffee making facilities & a TV is situated in the large comfortable lounge.
We are a Farm Holiday Bureau Member and are open all year except the Christmas & New Year period. 
Children Welcome - high chairs, cots & baby monitor available.
Guests are welcome to use the large garden and patio area.

We recommend a car to make the most of your visit.
