T.I.C.S are specialists in providing signalling design and test services to the Rail Industry. The company is able to provide a total service for signalling alterations and modernisation.

T.I.C.S was founded in 1998 by Les May, later joined by John Walker. The company was established to provide the rail industry with quality, professional personnel.

Since conception, operations have expanded considerably, with a new Head Office in Doncaster and design offices in York and in Crewe.
