Here is a picture of Cyril Perrier and his mother & father, on holiday and aboard PS Bournemouth Queen in 1931. Cyril's family are in the middle of the row nearest the canvas, Mum in flower-pot hat, just in front of the ventilator, then Dad, then Cyril aged 5, looking a bit discontented, but clearly being brought up with the right interests!
