The above pictures have been sent to be courtesy of Martyn Webster and show Koh-i-noor in and around Dover, with the last shot showing her leaving Deal Pier. I am grateful to Martyn for allowing me to share them with you here.
Pictures 1 and 2 are courtesy of the Bob Hollingsbee Collection and pictures 3 and 4 are courtesy of the Dover Museum Collections. The time of taking must be during the early 1900s as the Admiralty Harbour breakwater is still under construction. The Koh-i-noor called there about four times a week between 3pm and 4pm once the Prince of Wales Pier was opened in 1903 and continued to do so till 1914 on a route that ran Tilbury-Southend-Margate-Ramsgate-Deal-Dover and back.
