The above picture shows PS Premier in the Backwater at Weymouth, upstream of the Town Bridge and outside Cosen's works. The paddlebox alongside is that of the Duke of Devonshire, newly arrived and waiting to be transformed into PS Consul, to take the place of Premier at Weymouth.
