Comments:

This iron built paddle tug was 96.5 ft long and was registered at Swansea. She ran to there and Tenby from Bideford in North Devon on excursion work. She also called at Appledore and Instow and would make the round trip in a day. The cost of these trips were about 5/- (25p) for the quarterdeck and bridge and 3/- (15p) for the more exposed foredeck. On some runs she had a band to entertain her passengers. She also did some evening work in the summer, making short trips round the Bell Buoy for the price of 1/- (5p). In 1895 she went to Boston owners and lasted until 1916 when she was lost at Bolougne on war work.
