I wondered whether the mat on the left was from Ghana but the "Beer - Bière" that is printed under the word "CLUB" suggested a Canadian origin. Stephanie Vance has been in touch to say that this is issued by Labatt.

Marshall Cram says this is from the now defunct Luxemburg Brewpub, Mississauga, Ontario.

Another defunct brew pub. This time in Brampton, Ontario. Marshall again.

Both mats on the right are from Bennett's Brewing Co of St. John's, Newfoundland. The moose's (?) head on the Dominion Ale distinguishes it from coasters issued by Dominion Breweries, the New Zealand company. It may have been issued by Carling O'Keefe (who acquired Bennett's) or Molson with whom they subsequently merged.

Rainbow, Fernando Cardoso tells me, is described in George Barone's Beer Coaster Mania's "Mystery Coasters".
