House
Price and Housing Turnover
Using the most up-to-date Land Registry information a modeled prediction
of average house price in each postcode in Great Britain has been
derived. This enables you to identify areas down to the full postcode
where properties are expensive from areas where properties are not.
In addition, to predicting the postcode average property price,
a modeled prediction of housing turnover has also been derived.
This allows you to identify areas where many properties are brought
and sold from areas where few are. The very act of moving is a demand
trigger for all sorts of goods and services and the ability to identify
areas where movement in the housing market is high has never been
fully exploited.

The map shows the variation in property prices
nationally where areas shaded red are more expensive properties
and areas shaded blue less expensive.
