An originals
/covers guitar/rock/pop/punky foursome from the Tonbridge, Kent
area with influences stemming from many sources including Green
Day, Foo Fighters, The Jam, Stranglers etc.. - Come to a gig and
add another influence if you can spot one...!
Recent support slots have included YY28's, Animalhouse and a
while back 'Spear
of Destiny' at The Forum, Tunbridge Wells.
Tracer were briefly signed to 'Blizzard Records' but are now free
and again looking for management/backing as you would be aware if
you had been listening to Claire Sturgess on London's 104.9 XFM
on the evening of 17th July when Tracer were the featured artist
on the 'unsigned band' slot. Claire played 'Awake' and stated it
was a 'great little toon' !
The band have had a few ups and downs recently but are now back with a strong squad of songs, so get out to the next gig !
Tracer now include a good selection of solid rocking covers in their set from such artists as U2, The Jam, Arctic Monkeys, Green Day, The Clash, Weller, Ash and many more...

Fan(s) of the month award !
This month's fan of the month award is shared between two of our most regular gig-goers, ADRIAN and JOYCE, who clearly look very comfortable in eachothers company in the pic !
Adrian is a 30 something who enjoys crochet, crown green bowls and garibaldi biscuits. He can be seen at most gigs sampling the venue's selection of bar snacks !
Joyce is a gorgeous 40 something, several kids by different fathers, loves parallel parking, West Ham FC and of course being a regular Tracer fan and photographer !
Sorry to see Nick the Roadie knocked off his spot, a possibility of re-gaining his crown should he be arsed to attend another gig and lift some heavy stuff for us !!!

November '03 - Tracer boys meet up for a jam after 20 month split and decide to re-form.
December '03 - Tracer hard at work in rehearsals, preparing for the 2004 World Domination Tour.

Jan '04 - regular rehearsals and plans to put some top gigs together soon.

May '04 - Stu leaves band, major setback - band advertise for replacement.

Apr '05 - TRACER robbed at Battle of the bands gig into 2nd place - no sour grapes tho, B.O.B's are all crap and fixed !
Apr '05 - TRACER return to the Amersham and rock the joint - over 150 crowd!
May '05 - TRACER play the Rose and Crown, the first of a few local pub gigs.
June/July '05 - TRACER rehearse some NEW material, plan to do their first wedding gig!, and advertise for an extra guitarist....oooooh !
Aug/Sept '05 - TRACER advertise for an additional guitarist and start auditions - gig again at the Bull 'n' Vic (headlining)
Oct '05 - TRACER take on additional guitarist PAUL and once again prepare for world domination !
Feb '06 - TRACER return to the Rose n Crown and introduce Paul to the world !
Apr '06 - Ooops! - Paul decides to leave the band !
Apr '06 - TRACER r-o-c-k to over 150 people on their Easter Sunday gig
