I would like to welcome you to the Home of Gladsheim Cats.

I (Tracey ) was first introduced to the world of Norwegian Forest Cats in 1996 when I met Alan & Sheila Watt of Skogens Cattery.
I was immediately attracted to these intelligent and lively cats although, at that time not too sure of what to expect of the breed. I need not have worried as the cats soon moulded me to their liking.

I did not rush into acquiring these cats but instead took my time. I regularly went to shows to learn all that I could about this wonderful breed. Then, finally in 1997 the opportunity came about for me to own my first Norwegian Forest cat known as 'Blue'.
