Dapher's House, completed in 1988, sits snugly on a hilltop surrounded by its own two acres of mature tropical gardens. A wide cedar deck runs for one hundred feet along the west side, with double doors from each of the rooms opening on to it, giving spectacular views of the sunsets and the stars.

A spacious living room, with views to both the East and the West , separates the three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds, which can comfortably be made into a king sized bed. The other two bedrooms have double beds, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. A separate and well-equipped kitchen leads off of the living room. A bar area includes a second refrigerator and an icemaker. Main water is supplied, as is electricity (110/120v A.C.). There is cable television, a hi-fi stereo with a selection of CDs, a telephone and a fax machine, which is on a separate line and can be used as a modem connection.

A daily maid service is provided. She will clear up after breakfast, make the beds, do the general cleaning and, by arrangement, do your laundry. Starter food packages can be provided for your first evening as well as breakfast, if you send a list of your needs. A Jeep or car can be reserved for you from around $50 per day.
