Scuba Diving & Snorkelling Club

Branch Number 1188 of the British Sub-Aqua Club (BS-AC)

Viking Watersports Diving & Snorkelling Club was formed in 1980 by members from the Kingshurst & Castle Bromwich area of North Solihull who were interested in scuba diving and snorkelling. 

We presently meet for pool training every Wednesday night from 8:15 to 10:00 pm at the swimming pool, North Solihull Sports Centre, Conway Road, Chelmsley Wood, North Solihull.  And at weekends for open water training at Dosthill Quarry and Stoney Cove Quarry.

We also organise a number of dive trips throughout the year to both the UK coast (from Plymouth in Devon to Oban in Scotland) and abroad (Sharm El Sheikh, Red Sea).

We welcome both new members to diving and existing qualified divers whether they be BS-AC, SAA or PADI.
