RENTAL CHARGES 2009/10

RATES SHOWN ARE PER WEEK NOT PER PERSON

POOL

Electric heat pump @ £80 per week, or $120 per week if paid locally to Management Company. (Please request at time of booking).

Prices quoted are for up to 8 persons. Additional persons (max 10 occupancy) @ £40 per week per booking (for use of the bed settee and additional linen). Cot/high-chair/roll-away bed available on request, payment made to our local agent

All bookings require a NON-RETURNABLE booking deposit of £100 PER WEEK.

A £100 RETURNABLE security deposit is payable with the final balance, which is due 8 weeks before the holiday commencement date. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount is payable.

The State of Florida has levied a tax per week of about $55 which must be paid to our Management Company during your stay.

BOOKINGS

Our bookings generally run from Saturday to Saturday - minimum 2 weeks. However, please advise me of your travel arrangements and I will do my best to accommodate.

We may be able to offer a 1-week booking to fill a gap.

Please remember this is our own personal home, finished to a high standard. You may be able to find cheaper prices but they may not be as comfortable or may not be in such a convenient location.
