You can't
play Void by yourself, like almost any game on the market
you must have an opponent to play against and preferably more
than one, because playing the same person again and again
can get dull (particularly if you always lose!). To get started
buy (or download) a copy of the rulebook, give it a read and
lend it to some friends to get them interested.
Next you
need to get an army, i-Kore produce a boxed starter army of
each faction so I recommend you get one of these to start
off with. You don't need to paint them straight away but it
adds a lot to the feel of the game. Until you can buy or build
your own terrain use a pile of magazines to represent hills
and cover it with a suitable tablecloth. Now your ready to
play a couple of games, initially play will progress slowly,
but once you get used to the rules you can play a 500 point
game in under an hour.
