HOW TO USE THE SITE

Each page presents one tune for you to try.  You will need to get your first note. The best way to do this is to use an online piano in a new window.  A really good one is HERE because it allows you to see the note names and play scales. This should open in a new window, but you could right click and open it in a new tab.  [Others are here and here.]

Sing the tune using your own pulse - not too fast not too slow. You could use an online metronome or try this one. When you want to hear the answer RIGHT CLICK ON THE MUSIC so that your media player opens in a new window or tab. Try this example.

If you want some tips before you try the test (or after you have had a go) there is a link to some comments about the tunes.  You can safely ignore these if you like which is why they are hidden out of sight at the bottom of each page.
