An unidentified rock (probably quartzite)
from Carlo. He claims to have carried it
for over a mile through marsh when he
found it. "The rock was found under the
dunes on a beach in southeast Texas.
Weighs approx 45 to 55 pounds size
about 2 ft by 1.5 ft. It is nonmetallic,
seems light for size (low density),
seems like it has a conchoidial fracture".
Help! I Have found a fossil and I don't
know what it is
It looks like a fossil pigeons egg?
or it could be
a large nut/seed can you help me please
Yours hopefully
