Birkirkara old Station - San Anton Gardens

M.R. l9l2

These large flowerpots adorned many of the Malta Railway stations and several still survive. These examples stand in the public gardens on the site of the old Birkirkara Station, and in San Anton Palace Gardens while another resides alongside the old station building now used by the local Scouts at Hamrun.
