Wensum Property Management will compile a full inventory and schedule of condition prior to the letting of your property for Full Management, Rental Gauranteed and Premier Tenant Finding Services. When a tenant vacates this will be checked and updated. The fees for this are included in the Full Management and Rental Gaunranteed Services.

Will the agency inspect any complaints before instructing tradesman?
A member of Wensum Property Management staff will attend the property to assess the nature and extent of the complaint before any remedial works are carried out. The cost of this visit is FREE OF CHARGE to full management clients.

Does the agency have its own maintenance personnel?
Wensum Property Management has its own maintenance and cleaning staff thus enabling us to carry out works promptly and efficiently.

    Wensum Property Management insists on a minimum of one months rent.


    Will the agency assist in completing tax assessments on behalf of the landlord?
    This service is included in our Full Management and Rental Gauranteed fees.


    Are rents paid to the landlord promptly?
    Wensum Property Management will remit to the landlord approximately 10 working days after receiving payment from the tenant, except when the property has our Rental Guarantee Scheme. In these cases the rent is paid into your bank account on the due date.


    Will the agency assist with arranging the finance for repairs?
    In most cases Wensum Property Management will settle your account with contractors and deduct from your next rent payment(s). Should there be any major expenditure Wensum Property Management may be able to assist with finance at preferential rates.
