Wensum Property Management guarantees to pay the rent on the due date regardless of whether the tennat pays Wensum Property Management.
Wensum Property Management are totally responsible for the recovery of the debt even if the debt is written off as a bad debt the landlord
has no liability, the loss is Wensum Property Management's. Should it be necessary to apply to the courts for the recovery of the debt or possession of
the property legal fees and court costs will be paid by Wensum Property Management.
Premier Tenant Finding Service
Wensum Property Management will include your property in our advertisements in the local press. The property will also included
in our photographic window display, in our property mailing lists and on our website.
Wensum Property Management will accompany all viewings, obtain references on potential tenants, provide an inventory and Schedule of Condition, supervise the signing of the tenancy agreement, collect the firsts months rent and damage deposit and hand over the keys. We will then pass on all documentation and monies to yourselves who will then take over the management of the property.
Should you require any further assistance or advice Wensum Property Management will always be available.
First Collection
We will let your property, either furnished or unfurnished, FREE OF CHARGE, to the landlord and will obtain references for prospective tenants from their Employers, Banks, and if necessary a responsible person who is willing to
act as Guanantor. With your approval, if the references in our opinion are satisfactory, we will proceed with the letting. We
will supervise the signing of your own tenancy agreement and collect the first months rent and damage deposit on your behalf
and hand over the keys. We will then pass on all documents and any monies we have collected to yourselves.
