Our policy is to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you find any item in your order to be unsatisfactory, return the unopened item, prepaid, and we will refund your money. If any racquet fails due to manufacturer defect, we will replace the racquet at no extra charge, however, it must be returned to us prepaid.
