Heswall Quaker Meeting House has four rooms available for hire:

Upstairs

• Large Meeting Room with seating capacity for 70 people.

• Small Meeting Room with seating capacity for 25 people.

Downstairs

• Square Lobby with seating capacity for 30 people.

• Small Library Room with seating capacity for 25 people.

Rooms are let on a sessional basis from Monday to Friday, usually between 9.30 am and 10.00 pm. Sometimes rooms can be hired on Saturdays by negotiation.  

Facilities

• Tea bar on the first floor with crockery, etc.

• Electric automatic hot water supply for tea and coffee.

• Small refrigerator.  

• Video player, fixed viewing screen (in large meeting room) and a flip chart with flip chart paper provided).

Accessibility

Heswall Quaker Meeting House is accessible for wheelchairs on the ground floor. The building has toilets adapted for use by less able people. There is also a chair lift to the first floor.

Note that these are charitable rates. We reserve the right to charge a commercial rate where appropriate. 

Letting Conditions

1. No smoking in the building or in the grounds.

2. Parking at the Meeting House is restricted to drop-off and pick-up (except in the case of less able visitors).

3. Any parking at the Meeting House must be immediately outside the Meeting House and not on the opposite side of the road.

4. All groups using the Meeting House must be covered by Public Liability Insurance.
