NORTHERN CENTRES RALLY 2003 August BH Weekend.

The Yorkshire Pennine Centre is honoured to host this premier event in the Caravan Club calendar. This year the rally will be held at Grange Park Wetherby [ NEW VENUE] which is in fact walking distance from the town and easily accessible from the A1. Come and join us for this festival of fun and entertainment.

Sports will feature strongly in the programme, although it is recognised that not all ralliers are interested in sport. The programme has been extended again in 2003 to cater for those who have interests outside the sports programme.

FREE socials for all participants on Friday and Monday evening in the marquee. These socials do cater for all tastes in dancing and games so come along and join in. On Friday evening the social will be preceeded by the traditional bingo session with "two portly persons" and "all the sixes"

FREE Line Dancing where you can join in with this ever popular event. If you can not do all the moves your hosts will demonstrate and teach you how. Your presenters also run this event at the National Rally.

CC BRASS BAND!!

We are fortunate to have the official club band in attendance in 2003 and they will be providing a range of music through out the rally and offering their very good CD for sale, no doubt.

The traditional Arts and Crafts competiton will be held with categories to suit both genders and all age groups. Help your centre score the points for the Campbells trophy. Click this link to get a list of the categories. [arts and crafts]
FREE live entertainment on Saturday evening provided by some of the finest club and professional acts from the North. FREE teenage discos every night of the rally and one Junior Disco for those 12 years and under.

NEW FOR 2003 Bring your arts and hobbies and show these to your fellow ralliers. Share your interests, collections and hoobies.

NEW FOR 2003 Children's activities will be provided in the marquee and mirror the successful events held at the National Rally
NEW FOR 2003 Decorate your social area for the Sunday Centre activities and win a prize for your centre. Competiton open to all centres except the HOSTS who will be in the marquee on Sunday evening.
NEW FOR 2003!! A CAR BOOT sale will be held in conjunction with the rally for the frist time in 2003. Come and pick up a bargain or join the sellers and bring your unwanted goods.

Do remember there is also the event in your own lines on Sunday evening, when your own centre members will entertain you.

A Live Pop Concert for the young and not so young, where a team of professional entertainers will provide for the young at heart.

FREE Tea Dance on Saturday in the marquee with Albert. Put on the dancing shoes and enjoy a saunter, foxtrot or waltz.
