On 30th May 1995, Brynmawr Chess Club was fortunate to have GM Tony Miles visit the club in our first GM simultaneous. Tony played a 27 board simultaneous against members of our and other clubs including some very strong players. After a long tussle lasting about two and a half hours, Tony emerged with only two draws to spoil his otherwise perfect performance. Below, you'll find the move lists of the two drawn games plus some pictures taken during the evening .The Games Tony's two drawn games were against David Robinson of Bridgend and our own Andrew Zagozda. This was not a first for either player. Robinson has previously drawn with both Daniel King and Murray Chandler, whereas 17 year old Andrew had taken a half off Stuart Conquest.
