Don't be fooled by the fact that it links to Microsoft. It's not from Microsoft! Remember: Microsoft don't send out messages to you like this! They don't send spam, and they never address you anonymously as "Microsoft Customer", and even though we are not keen on Microsoft and don't like the way they build operating systems, they are not guilty of sending out these messages!
The message is a VIRUS, and if you have been taken in by it and run the executable attachment, then you'll need to get some antivirus software to clean your computer. Best of luck!
