This was a magazine, and it had an affiliate program. But that's all a long time ago now. Although http the newspaper has gone, Quantum Tactical are as far as I know still in business, and produce a great many other magazines.

News (2001/08/09): Sadly this project is having to be discontinued. While the site remains still up, you may see it at www.httpnewspaper.com. We wish luck to the people whose endeavour this was, and hope that things turn out better in their other projects in the future.
